Operating principle :
Phase 1: Feeding
The Roll’Oyster is in the open position.
The oysters are immersed.
Phase 2 : Exondation
The Roll’Oyster is in the closed position.
Oysters emerge.
Phase 3: Rolling
The Roll’Oyster alternates between open and closed positions.
The oysters are stirred.
